European Cluster Collaboration Platform cooperates now with Japanese Clusters

During the seminar "EU-Japan Clusters Policies Towards SMEs’ Innovation", which was held the 15 February in Brussels a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation and the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (the ECCP was represented by ZENIT GmbH). The ECCP is a fully-fledged on-line forum offering different collaboration tools for cluster organisations. The Memorandum of Understanding has formalised the role of the EU-Japan Centre as help-desk and information service provider for EU and Japanese clusters seeking to internationalise. Nevertheless, there is yet more untapped scope for cooperation between the EU and Japan in the field of cluster policies.
